What does the process look like?
We start with a conversation about what you need, then agree on the scope and a way of working. From there, we design, build, and refine together through to handoff.
How do we communicate?
We agree on a shared channel and a regular rhythm for updates at the start. Day-to-day feedback can happen asynchronously, with calls when a conversation is more useful.
What if I don't like the result?
Feedback is part of the process. We share work as it develops so we can discuss what isn't working and adjust the direction together within the agreed scope.
